This is our 24th annual Run.4.Fun and is fun for runners, families, and students alike!
The 1 mile and 5K runs start at Medina High School, wind through the scenic Medina neighborhoods, and then finish at the high school stadium/track.
This annual event is an important fundraiser for Medina City Schools Foundation. The MCSF is a non-profit organization funded by parents, citizens, and businesses, who donate to enhance the learning opportunities for students and children in the Medina district. The MCS Foundation invests over $80,000 in classroom projects, student programs, scholarships, and staff awards to promote academic success and achievement for students. Donations can also be given by going to this link fundraiser page, donations can also be made through the registration process.
RACE INFO:
Kids FUN RUN (1/2 mile) 7:00 p.m. (Medina High School Track - 2 laps around MHS track)
1 Mile Run or Walk 7:15 p.m. (Start and Finish at Medina High School)
5K Run or Walk 7:30 p.m. (Start and Finish at Medina High School)
FIRST 100 TO SIGN-UP for the 5K - receive premium wicking Race T-shirt. Sign up by April 22 to guarantee a t-shirt.
RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP - 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Registration and Parking for the Run4Fun
Registration for the Run4Fun will be located inside Medina High School.
Please park near the High School Stadium by entering from East Union Street (777 East Union Street) and Enter through the B3 Doors. Registration is located in the hallway across from the high school gym.
Additional parking is located at 2 locations:
(1) Across the street from the high school at 739 Weymouth Road - a short walk across the street from the high school.
(2) At the Medina High School Performing Arts Center 851 Weymouth Road - on the same side of the road as Medina High School; remain outside and walk past the Medina Recreation Center (to your West or away from Weymouth Road) behind the building and enter the D4 doors. Turn right when you enter the doors towards the gym and to registration.
