Cause/Donate:
To build a healthy, thriving Stark County community, it is critical to help our at-risk youth break the cycle of poverty, abuse, and neglect.  Headquartered in Stark County, Hannah’s House 119 works to help young people rise above their circumstances and make a better life for themselves and their children while becoming a contributing citizen of their community.  Our organization is committed to breaking the cycle for our most vulnerable children and young adults, including young mothers and sex-trafficked individuals, by providing them with the education and tools they need to rise above their circumstances.  Hannah’s House 119 is more than a physical place:  it’s a support system for many young women who often have no one to count on.  With a growing set of programs and mentors to offer guidance, life skill training and opportunity, we lessen the odds of each youth falling into homelessness, sexual exploitation, gangs, early motherhood, joblessness or imprisonment.

The key to what we do is prevention. Our mentoring programs are held in-school, after-school, and at three different Hannah’s House locations.  Each week we host Girls Circles (in-school prevention and mentoring programs) in 11 schools across 6 districts.  These break-out sessions help young women and men from middle-school through high-school by providing a safe place for discussion and healthy role models.  Girls Clubs, after-school mentoring held at Hannah's House, support at-risk girls, teen moms and sex trafficking victims.  Participants are often referred to us through the court system or other community organizations.  In total, we mentor over 200 young women each week.

All proceeds will benefit the Hannah's House 119. Donations can also be given by going to the fundraiser page, donations can also be made through the registration process.
